I am a self proclaimed recipe junkie. Love searching for new recipes and trying them out, making a few adjustments and adding them to my dinner rotation. I'd also like to point out that everything you see here is exactly what my kids eat. They get a special meal made separately. Don't think your kid is too young for great food!
I'm also cooking with a challenging list of food allergies! Most recipes are peanut, dairy, wheat and nut free!

Chicken Fettuccine with Pesto Cream Sauce
This dish was lacking so much flavor. I used store bought pesto, HUGE mistake, and it was bland and B-O-R-I-N-G! Need to have a take 2 on this dish.
